With the partner model – MSP – the partner manages its small and medium-sized customers via its own „data centre / server farm“ or via its customer’s server architecture.
The minimum purchase per month comprises 100 licence packages for users/mailboxes.
The partner is specially certified for the MSP model.
The model requires a service and support contract from the partner, as well as proof that the partner’s own data centre is located in Germany or a neighbouring European country to
ensure GDPR compliance.
