You have completed training or a degree in IT. If you are fluent in English, set the highest standards for your work
and also have a communicative nature, then you’ve come to the right place.

Focus on testing: You will carry out manual tests to ensure that our software meets the desired specifications.
You will also develop automated test cases to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the tests.
You will independently identify and document software problems in order to reproduce and solve them together with our development team.
You will be actively involved in test planning, design and strategy at all times.

Focus on service/support: You will be the link between our development team and our customers‘ IT architecture.
You ensure that everything runs smoothly there – and if this is not the case, you guarantee a quick remedy through efficient communication and remote support.
You document support requests conscientiously, to ensure smooth follow-up and resolution.
You will also train users on software functions and utilisation.

You can learn anything – your commitment is crucial.

You understand cryptographic technologies. You are familiar with working with database technologies such as SQL (e.g. MariaDB, Postgres) and LDAP is familiar to you.
Ideally, you have already gained experience in developing RESTful APIs and web-based applications in SaaS environments.
You have already worked with Linux, Python, JavaScript, Shell or Docker.
You are familiar with the SMTP protocol and perhaps even have experience with SMTP servers such as Postfix.
You have even had some contact with FastAPI and Django.

You have knowledge of Single Sign On (SSO) systems and protocols such as OpenID Connect and especially Keycloak.
You are interested in load balancing software or proxies such as Apache2;
mailbox storage such as Dovecot, groupware such as Kopano or Cloud storage solutions like Nextcloud are not foreign to you.
